Las madres pertenecen a los distritos de El Porvenir, La Esperanza, Huanchaco, Moche, Salaverry, Poroto, Simbal, Florencia de Mora, Laredo, Víctor Larco y Trujillo.
En La Libertad, un total de cuarenta madres usuarias del programa Juntos, del Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión social (Midis) culminaron con éxito el curso de plan de negocios ‘Mejora para emprendimientos’, del Programa Nacional para la Empleabilidad, del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE).
El curso que comprendió un total de 72 horas, en 18 sesiones, tuvo como fin que las emprendedoras accedan a herramientas para el empleo y autoempleo que les permita iniciar o mejorar un emprendimiento. Se abordaron temas como liderazgo, desarrollo de producto, precio, distribución, finanzas, entre otros.
Los planes de negocio que se desarrollaron están referidos al rubro de alimentos, crianza de animales menores, compra y venta de productos, manualidades, bisutería, cosmetología, perfiles de calzado entre otros.
Como parte de la estrategia de inclusión financiera, los gestores locales del programa Juntos realizaron la labor de identificación de las madres líderes o usuarias en territorio, que contaban con disponibilidad, ganas de superación, compromiso e iniciativa para participar de esta capacitación.
Odilfa Guzmán Pérez, madre líder del grupo de emprendedoras agradeció la oportunidad de poder participar en el curso. “Mis compañeras y yo estamos muy contentas por todo lo que hemos recibido y aprendido. Lo vamos a aplicar de hoy en adelante porque queremos ver crecer nuestros negocios y a nuestras familias”, aseveró.
La actividad de clausura se realizó en el distrito de El Porvenir y contó con la participación de la directora ejecutiva del programa Juntos, Jessica Niño de Guzmán; Vanessa Blass Villar, gerenta de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social del GORE La Libertad; la jefa del Programa de Empleabilidad del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, en La Libertad, entre otras autoridades.
“Los tres niveles de gobierno estamos unidos tocando puertas para que nuestros hogares que forman parte del programa puedan salir de la pobreza y para ello les brindamos diversas herramientas. Esta es una experiencia piloto que estamos llevando a cabo en La Libertad, con mucho éxito, vamos ir avanzando y replicando en otros distritos”, sostuvo Niño de Guzmán.
Resaltó el compromiso, las ganas de aprender y superación de las madres usuarias del Juntos que están en constante búsqueda de mejores oportunidades para ellas y sus familias. “El programa en alianza con otros sectores estaremos acompañando a nuestros hogares en este camino de crecimiento y nuevos retos que están emprendiendo”, acotó.
Luego de la ceremonia, un grupo de participantes expusieron sus propuestas de negocio en una feria demostrativa de emprendimientos donde resaltaron algunos productos como tejidos, manualidades, jugos nutritivos, diversos potajes y platillos.
